I really don't see a need for the addition of Wood Trolls and Cougars on the Trail to Knife clan. This was previously a nice quiet area that was a perfect place to go to escape from the crowds. Now with critters littering the path, where previously there were no critters, it suddenly becomes just another stupid hunting area. Whoever made this decision, it is quite frankly not appreciated, or in my opinion, needed.

That room never was safe- at least on purpose. But there is a bug that if a paladin has bannered a room and the game crashes, the banner vanishes but the effect remains.

We aren't talking about the same area here. That is a cougar area. At the northern end is a bramble patch that leads to knife clan. In DR, prior to the changeover the path was critter free. This was normal. With the changeover the path leading to Knife Clan is now infested with Wood Trolls and cougars. This change is not appeciated. I much prefered the area the way it was. Out of town, quiet, out of the way, with a few good mana spots, and trails that lead into it. Perfect place to hang out. Now its just another lame low level hunting area, already duplicated in at least 6 other places around the realms. Very annoying and completely unnecesary.

Deep breath... calm... breathe. I've tracked down the problem with trolls and cougars genning on the road to Knife Clan and fixed it. It was a curious bug, and actually caused other creatures to start genning in places as well as doubling the gen in one spot! All should be well now in Zoluren.
Thank you very much for fixing this problem Meriel. That area is a place where all my characters in every instance like to hang out. For the reasons I listed in my earlier post.
