If you stop in Coin of the Realm, the shop on the New South Bridge in Shard that sells cases for dras, you'll find that the proprietor has made his appearance. Mithlin, the owner of the shop, is now available to help you with your collection.

He will buy individual diras, complete sets or any duplicates you happen to have in your case. If you have a partial set with duplicates, Mthlin will buy just the duplicates. Hold the dira or the case in your right hand and GIVE it to him, and he'll tell you what he'll pay for it.

He will also sell diras, although his stock will only consist of the coins you sell to him. ASK MITHLIN ABOUT SELL to see the procedure.
