I took a task from Kretsky in hopes that he will let me take the boat to Hara'jaal after I've completed it. I'm currently in the middle of the task and a bit stuck in Shard, trying to find someone named Leir? Does this strike any bells with anyone? Any tips? Can't find him where Kretsky said he would be.
