I've made some small adjustments to the way the Enclave is set up as far as urban-ness. It should make a bit more sense for those looking for a bit of city-life, without it becoming a overwhelmingly large big city.
My tweak to the Enclave didn't affect boars, but there was a tweak about a month back or so when we upped the gen rate in boars and arzumos a bit. That may be what you're just now noticing.
The Enclave tweaks were only to the village, and didn't affect any critters.
