...from the center of town (where the great tree, portals, I think a newstand, are) go two paces east, go door. Up once is teller, another up is the exchange.

Are there any banks in Leth Deriel?
Recently I've been hanging out there for large amounts of time, but am disapointed to know that the only way I can make bank transactions is if I trek all the way to the Crossings.

It's inside the tree in the center of the town.

Gonif is correct. Too bad it doesn't have transferring for estate holders.

So I was doing some mapping and accidentally wound up in the Segoltha River, on the South Bank, without realizing that I would need a certain swimming level just to go back south to the dry land. I can find an indication for the level needed to swim across the river between the southern side and the Crossing, but I can't find any indication what the swimming needs to be just to get back onto the shore itself from the South Bank. I'd hope it's no where near what's needed to cross the River itself.

I think the currents will eventually drag you to safety. No clue on the skillcheck needed to do it on your own, sorry.
