What about some more shops on Kresh? We got the ever self-sufficient Rissans but yet we don't got no place for them to buy their stuff...I mean it's a place surrounded by uber hostile critters and you can't even buy a backpack or short sword in the city. Plus I'd LOVE to see a wedding shop. We also need a shop to sell us Hacs! I demand it, yes I know it's a robe but they're seamless and distinctly Elven/Rissan. Plus it'd be nice to have that nifty sword of the Barbarian Guild Leader released to us already. ;)

You realize you have no idea how to bluff an unintelligent beast like the Leader Silvyrfrost.
I'd rather see places where I can train stats on Mer'Kresh and M'riss than a shop of any kind, unless it's a furrier and depository on M'riss. Right now, most of the guilds are represented to allow your character to circle, but you have to travel somewhere else to train and improve stats with the tdp's you just received. This is the biggest negative for me on these two islands.

What kind of shops would you most like to see or would be most helpful?
Mer'Kresh/M'Riss isn't likely to get any stat training areas. They only allow so many per province and they tend to be in the heaviest populated areas in each province. Unfortunately, this makes it more difficult to train on the islands, but on the bright side, traveling is alot easier then it used to be!

I would like to see a couple of shops that sell basic gear on 'Kresh, along with one that sells tanning supplies. I believe there is a forge there.

Oh? traders, thieves, moonmages,bards,empaths can circle on kresh? where? and thats fully half that can't. Unless riss is going to have a necro guild outpost... :-)
granted, i'd like to see stat-training places in more places as well.
theren city is the capital of therengia - yet you can't train there. Muspar'i is argueably just as "out of the way" as kresh. Can't train there either. So I'd like to see stat training places all 3 places.

Well... Where is a trader going to run routes on Mer'Kresh? Nowhere. I'm not even sure there's a gem shop on Mer'Kresh, but I think there's one on M'riss, without any critters that actually drop quantities of gems... odd. By the time moonmages even think about getting to Mer'Kresh, Taisgath is well within reach, so I counted that as being a "local" guild for Mer'Kresh. The others...? eh, so what? Relatively speaking, for an area as small as Mer'Kresh is, there are quite a few guilds represented, but no place to train stats for those warmages, paladins, moonmages, barbarians, and clerics who do happen to circle there.

I'm not even sure there's a gem shop on Mer'Kresh, but I think there's one on M'riss, without any critters that actually drop quantities of gems... odd. By the time moonmages even think about getting to Mer'Kresh, Taisgath is well within reach, so I counted that as being a "local" guild for Mer'Kresh. The others...? eh, so what? The current situation only makes sense if you have some arbitrary logic about how many of x there should be per province. Why is there no tannery where the most valuable skins (well, claws) in the entire world are collected? Why are there virtually no amenities in an area where the richest and most powerful people in the world congregate? The world may never know.
