A lot of premie hunting areas are accessible by non premie players provided you are escorted in by someone with the proper access. I'm not sure if that's the case here or not. I'm not a premie and have never hunted in a premie area, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night... err... I did read about such areas on these boards. There are some rules about getting in and out and what happens if you die in there, etc, but as I don't have traditional access, I didn't pay close attention to the posts.
