Could someone please, please, please look into why (since the new DA/LP went in) the Lun'Shele trekhalos and hunters stopped dropping boxies. This is my hunting niche and I need my boxies back! Some type of response would be grealy appreciated.

you actually become a citizen on mer'kresh. thats where the gov't offices are located. to get there, you can always do the "puzzle" to get there from ratha. all of those are by the NPC boats, take along a few gold lirum anyways <if you're planning on getting citizenship there will be dues to pay>. It may take awhile because waiting for NPC boats is a pain in the rear unless you hit them at the right times.
