Okay, so just to confirm, the route I would need to take if I wasn't a citizen of M'riss to go get another OM orb would be:
Galley to Mer'kresh
Boat to Hara'jaal
Navigate a maze full of invisible 500 rank lizards with pole ranged attacks
Boat to Ratha
Boat either to Crossing or Aesry
Boat back to Ratha
Navigate maze full of invisible 500 rank pole ranged lizards going the other way, where there are four random start rooms
Boat to Mer'Kresh
Galley to M'riss

And this is all assuming that I have some money, because there's no shop on M'riss that I can sell a caracal pelt to to make galley money if I didn't bring any. Is that seriously what it would take if I got myself caught with no OM orbs?

Shivasirons needs an orb or two, as well, so if you can get yourself to Ratha, he'll sail you to Aesry. If you you can't get to Ratha, get word somehow. He'll come pick you up.
