How do I get them out here? I vaguely remeber taking a caracal pelt out to an altar on the Mriss side and I thought praying to somebody, just can't remeber who. Also is there another way to earn favors on the Merkesh side? Thanks in advance.

Kunyio. On Mer'kresh Glythtide has an altar in the Cleric guild. You can buy tarts at the bakery. Side note, you don't have to pray to a specific god. Just place the item on a clean altar and pray.
