Type TITLE AFFILIATION LIST to make sure you don't already have it. (If you do, type TITLE AFFILIATION CHOOSE # and then TITLE AFFILIATION ON.)

If you're missing the title and have a free slot, go to the citizenship office and ASK CLERK ABOUT TITLE.
