This may seem a silly request, but could someone possibly make the chair in the Hermit's Shack something that could actually be sat "on" and not "near". My ranger character likes to go into this ranger neutral room when it's raining, so his crafting tools don't get wet and rusty.

Did you try to put in a BUG report for this? Could BUG the room and mention your request. I know there are a lot of old areas/rooms where there are things to sit on but they're not properly set up for players to actually use them.
