One of the coolest hunting ideas is the Arbelog /bear feud love to see that expanded to other areas. It gives a much more realistic flavor that not all critter NPCs just mindlessly attack the player, and when you're starting out you can actually plan to have 'bear backup'. Are there other areas where this happens?
I'd like to see Ogres vs Orcs.
Marauders vs Wood Trolls.
I think critters should attack everything except each other.
