Does this ladder really take more than 70 ranks to climb, with no burden/wounds/etc.? Seems quite insane, to be honest.

I was trying to get to the docks to take a boat back from Rossmans, but couldn't make the climb. No burden, no wounds, no armor on, 20 in every relevant stat (many higher). What kind of ladder is that?

Plus I love that it appraises as 'you could do it with both hands behind your back' (ya, I know, app is broken, just thought it was funny).

I always assumed the (arguably Slightly insane) check was the tradeoff to bypassing that infuriatingly slow elevator. Not that I agree with the existence of either of those things.
