Hmmm...don't see one off hand, is there a fish buyer in Rossmans?

If not, Alvy...any chance we can get one? It would appear that even in a remote area that some enterprising local would have a market for fish.

and also Ilya Tapia or whatever the elves call River Clan. Don't forget the Crossing Estate Holder pier too for Estat Holders. There is a buyer there even though there is no bait-shop.
