Can we please get at least one club house that is a yacht club?

I was thinking it might make a nice extension in Crossing to the amusement pier. It would be nice if this had some shops for boat owners. It would be awesome if there were a few yachts available for rent.

It would be a lot of fun if we could have a regala some time.

SAUVA:
Nice idea. Put it in/near Shard (I really want a port south of the gondola). Charge and arm and a leg for membership (think Raven's Court with yearly dues). Allow non-captains to join.
