Mood in modus allows you to set a mood for yourself (or remove it and have none)
Examples: sick = Celia seems to be in a sickly mood.

The only real quirk I see is death. Since there isn't any death in modus, moods would probably need to flag off at death, or we'll have happy corpses :D
I thought about making it so tired/fatigued came up when you lost vit - but I think this works better strictly as a RP tool, to let people know how your character may be carrying themselves without the need to try to do so with verbs that don't quite fit the bill or with excessive verb usage.
