Added an 'exchange rate break' for new players in Riverhaven, which allows them to exchange their coins (Kronars to Lirums, etc) for a lower rate. This has already existed in Crossing, but I just recently noticed it hadn't been added to Riverhaven yet so went ahead and fixed it.
