I had a dormant infection today with no wounds(got healed by an auto Empath that took everything but the infection because I was in an out of the way area), and then started working on some magic skills. At some point I backfired and got minor nerve damage(no visible damage), and started getting this message:

You feel a wave of nausea rising from your gut as you notice a sickly green fluid oozing from your wounded nerves.

Your body feels slightly battered.
Your spirit feels full of life.

Your wounds are infected.


Now, I was never in any danger. It ticked at 1% vitality every minute or so and the vit loss never got any worse even though my nerves continued to worsen. It just seemed so... weird to get gangrene in your nervous system. And then to supposedly watch fluid oozing from my nerves.
