Anyone see this message before?

I didn't have anything returned at the repair shop, and I don't have anything in the Carousel. Is there something I did forget?

Do you mean there is nothing in your vault or nothing at lost and found? If you haven't checked lost and found, you can do so at the Carousel.

Possibly dumb question but is it a RP-hook for some event in Prime?
Granted, the first time REI ever wore off on me I thought it was a RP-hook, but you never know.
