This could give some mechanical benefit to non-combat pets like fir familiars and wolves. They could help drag you along reducing or eliminating the RT, maybe as a factor of your charsima (like fir-fams and stuns today).

Also, everyone could "hobble" like they do today (think hopping on one leg) with 0 RT, but they lose a little vitality every time they move if they try to hop around while missing a leg.
