I have a tentacle from this shop, and recently it grew cold. It shows that it has magic. The wiki and focusing doesn't say anything about limited use, or number of charges.

I don't see a number of uses, but I'm assuming it was limited charge? Moon mages can't recharge it either? I guess my questions are, is it rechargeable somehow? Is it supposed to be limited unknown charges? Is it just fluff now?

Limited charges (and not rechargeable AFAIK).
