I suspect the plan was to release these with Enchanting, as Kodius was clear about wanting to put that out in December. His wife then had twins (I heard), and I suspect that threw a rather large wrench in his plans.

So my educated guess is that they'll be out whenever he can come up for air long enough to finish the system.
