And I've tried to rub it as directed and all I get is...

And before anyone asks no my concentration is not at max. Is it just a boost to recovery speed? Or are these broken? Or am I doing something wrong?
Any help would be appreciated.

The item is charged, so you maybe used them all up already? I think it had about 10 charges or so, IIRC based on the other items from that shop.

Mind pasting the messaging (if any, and if you have it) that occurs when you touch the stone Alesea?
Does it give you a chunk of concentration back? Or is it a pulsing effect for X amount of seconds?
