I was going over the dira page on epedia and it occurred to me to wonder why the dira we find don't have denominations. Are we finding 1 dira pieces? 5? Or is dira a denomination in and of itself (like a nickel)?
I can understand why mechanically it would be unsuitable to track different denominations, but I'm wondering from a lore perspective how it works.

My understanding is dira are a single unit currency. A dira is worth a dira. http://elanthipedia.org/w/index.php/Book:HxxCR
