Once two Captains have picked their teams each Captain can bow to the Kirmblar to go right to the start contest countdown.

If you think all the other team is dead you can ASK KIRM ABOUT STANDINGS and it'll either tell you that enemies are still abroad or it'll jump to the contest conclusion.
