Is there a website out there where you can punch in your stats, maybe your skills, and it'd tell you how long it takes to gain a rank and the best, most effective way to raise your mentals to improve that?
If not, if someone can provide the formulas I'd be willing to make such a website. I know people have posted data here, but I'm not sure if they're doing the calculations by hand or if there's a website out there that does it.

I've made a webpage, based on the formulas at Datarealms, that calculates the most effective usage of your TDPs.
Input your mental stats, your race, and how many TDPs you have and it'll tell you the best combinations to maximize your learning.
I've done a good bit of testing, but please let me know if you find anything that looks wonky.
It also tells you all of the mental information like pulse size, time to rank, etc.
You can input the number of ranks you wish to gain and it'll tell you how long it'll take to get that many ranks, cycling through the wall cycle as it goes.

>> Thats awesome! Save me so much work everytime I want to raise mentals. Seems to match DataRealms exactly for me.
You must use Firefox or a Netscape product <g>. I just fixed a bug with IE, my apologies to any of you who tried to load it in between.
It's spot on with DataRealms, except for a few points on the pool size with tertiary and secondary skill sets, which I think is a rounding error between Javascript and PHP.

UFTIM,
I very much appreciate your site, but I think you need to adjust the rank-index incrementer. Specifically, if you start on wall rank 3- and choose to gain 2 ranks, it gives you a total time for a 3- and 4- rank, not 3- and 2- as it should. I'm guessing it's just i++ instead of i-- right now.
Thanks again for putting that up,
