Correct me if I'm wrong but training agility improves your ability to hit a critter harder?

Ok, lemme rephrase..
An example: You have a maximum amount of damage you can inflict on any given target - determined by your strength - and you can inflict catastrophic damage but only 5% of the time. Training agility wouldn't necessarily boost strength but it would increase the chances of delivering those catastrophic blows more often as opposed to good or even heavy blows.

A small note:
You could have insane strength and no agility.
If all you could get is glancing blows because of your lower agility, all that strength is wasted.
So yes, agility DOES help you hit harder, but only so that you can use your strength to its fullest. I've found this problem out quite majorly when using slings. Strength plays no factor and even though I hit the current enemy at lower fourties with almost all my weapons... slings nd staff slings couldn't hit the broadside of a barn on 'em until upper fifties.

You could have insane strength and no agility.
