21 int. 21 wisd. 21 disc.
With 212 ranks in 2he, killing two to three fen's mindlocks, and sends me to fluid. It takes near an hour to drain down to learning again on 2he. I understand my wisdom is a bit low, however with an equal amound of Int, and Disc, it shouldn't lock anywhere near that fast should it? Barb guild. Weapon primary. I've been gone awhile, and wondering if stats have been adjusted again in some fashion, or if there is another problem

With those mentals and at those ranks it will seem like its crawling. Train your intell/wisdom up, maybe to 30 each. Training them will decrease the total time needed for each rank.

With 30 disc, 23 wis/int I have no trouble moving weapons in the 220s or keeping my mindstate Clear/Fluid. I also keep a lot more skills in high mindstates than the original poster mentioned - 3 weapons, evasion, shield, parry, multi (usually), appraisal, mech, perception, hiding, stalking, 2 armors.
My guess is he's just killing whatever comes in with 1 weapon and not stopping at mind lock.

Hmm, if your character is fairly old, it's possible that 212 is a wall rank for you -- i.e. it will drain very slowly. Try typing EXP FIXWALL, which will reset your wall rank cycle. That means it will make all your prime skills (weapons) ranks hit off-walls every 8 ranks (so 215 will be very slow to drain, 216 will be very fast, then get slower until 223, then 224 will be very fast again).
Other than that, be sure you stop swinging at things after you mind lock the skill. Try stopping when you hit dazed or bewildered, then move to another skill (weapon, stealth, etc.) until it pulses down.
Wisdom helps you pulse down faster, Int (and to a much lesser extent, Disc) will give you a bigger pool to fill.
