In the Test instance only, reading or studying consumable crafting instructions will convert them to unlimited use. Similarly, reading or studying bonded instructions will unkey them so that anyone can use them. (You will see messaging in bold when this happens.)

In all instances, reading consumable crafting instructions will show you how many studies remain on them. (Previously, you had to study instructions to get this information.)
