If a barbarian has 99 in a stat and berserks a specific berserk which boosts that stat, does it break into the triple digits or still have an increased affect?

AKA 99 stamina and berserking stone, 99 strength and berserking blood, 99 agil/ref and berserking cylcone, etc.

Yup.

At very very high stats some things break down, but nothing that should be normally achievable. On the test server I noticed some oddities around 150 discipline with stealth.

Reflex : 105 +
Agility : 105 +

comes out to about 126 agil and 111 reflex

I'm on a Motor-boat!!
