How long does meditate tenacity stay up and what if anything determines this?

Hmm. Interesting. I thought IF determined duration for our abilities, barring roars, of course, and warding ranks determine the potency/effectiveness/ability whatever to warding.

Power and duration are determined by the individual skill with it leaning toward power first. The Inner Fire skill may or may not give a bonus (haven't seen anything either way about it) but it does control how much inner fire an ability consumes.

No Bear Form up
The Serenity meditation will persist in your mind for 30 roisaen.
The Tenacity meditation will persist in your mind for 32 roisaen.
With Bear Form after one minute wait (bonus to warding)
The Serenity meditation will persist in your mind for 32 roisaen.
The Tenacity meditation will persist in your mind for 34 roisaen.
Looks like in fact Warding skill plays in to the duration of abilities that use Warding as well as the difficulty of the ability. We can surmise all other abilities use their corresponding skills for duration as well.
So are the difficulties what cap at 600 (basic) , 900 (Advanced), 1200 (Expert) ranks in associated skill that Kodius mentioned a while ago?
