Did we get a change of the experience awarded for roaring?

Earlier this morning roaring Anger of Earth on 3-4 targets was netting me atleast 2 ranks of learning rate. I am consistently only earning 1 with 4 targets now. I have no problems with this but just noticed a change since earlier this morning already.
