I was just wondering... how were these roars selected for titles? Embrace/Shriek seems an obvious choice for a custom title, but the rest seem kind of arbitrary and random. It would make more sense (to me) to have titles for Slash the Shadows and Banshee's Wail/Lash of Torment than Caution and Screech. I don't have any of these, just to make sure I'm not playing favoritism!

Don't think I have any specifics here (ie: referring to a red-letter post) but I have certainly heard this being talked about. I recall some sort of talk of change in the combat system: for example, if you kill x number of blood wolves, then blood wolves will fight you more fiercely, and you gain a 'Wolf Killer' title or something. No red-letters, but I have definitely heard this referenced before.

Maybe the guild titles would be more suited to affiliation type titles. I.E., Maulem, Barbarian of the Riverhaven Barbarian Guild.
Also, I'd like to see better pit titles. Eliminate Pit Whelp and especially Peon in favor of something more savage, yet not so savage that it out savages stuff like Savage Lord and the higher titles.

Good ideas Maulem, only problem is would there be a different whirlwind verb for each one heh? or atleast 2 verbs cause I could see myself wanting to attack one critter twice, but I couldn't because I already graduated to the next level of hitting 2 once each.
