I just rolled an update to Serenity so that it will only trigger during CAST operations. Integrity is not checked outside of that time, so it made no sense to trigger costing the Barbarian IF when the ability did nothing.

This is live in Prime and Plat. Let me know if there are any issues.

This has been rolled back. Some abilities were handling Integrity barriers outside of the CAST verb, like DB and BG, and so this was not the simple and straight forward change I thought it was.
