You're not paying for the loot from the boxes, you're paying for the skill. 10 plat a backpack for a dozen garg boxes sounds a little more reasonable, cause then it's just like buying your disarm/picking ranks.
Few plat a rank, not a horrible deal. Of course that's just me thinking about backtraining, for people who would actually be at that level for the first time, affording 10 plat for a backpack of garg boxes probably won't happen.

I appreciate the input on the site. I went ahead and put a range on the garg boxes to 10-15 plat, to be a little more reasonable. But Teeklin is exactly right, you aren't paying for what is inside the boxes. This is a novelty service. You are paying for the experience gained.

Well I believe a wall rank at 100 is the same as a non-wall rank at 100 for amount of exp it takes......wall rank just takes longer cause the absorption pulses are alot smaller.

Although the pricing might seem a bit much, you must remember that its meant as a service for those filthy rich among us. Those that don't want to or just can't travel to Leth by ferry and then to Shard by the annoying gondola...I mean for heaven's sake, that gondola wait alone should be worth its price.
