Indestructible by Disturbed
Indestructible
Determination that is incorruptible
From the other side, a terror to behold
Annihilation will be unavoidable
Every broken enemy will know
That their opponent had to be invincible
Take a last look around while you're alive
I'm an indestructible Master of War
The music seems even more right than the words for a barb.

Heh. Amusingly, that same song could be my submission for the "what song is stuck in your head" topic in Claims to the Highest Circle.
I've been playing that CD pretty much non-stop since it's release.

Caraamon got me to go buy Indestructible, and it is PHENOMENAL. There's not a bad or boring song on the entire CD. But it needs a label that says...
WARNING
Do not play while driving. Known to cause extreme speeding, weaving in and out of traffic, and multiple traffic violations. Play at your own risk.
I <3 racing to Disturbed.
[Alisyn] "Drevid i think part of your scimitar is still in my abdomen"
[Ohuzewicasta] "Nah, he's just happy to see you"

Indestructible's got pretty fitting lyrics, but I've never really been a big fan of Disturbed, since it sometimes seems like their songs are all just fragments of a larger Ur-Song they've been gradually chopping up into useable bits for a decade or so, so similar are the rhythms, melodies and instrumentation in general.
That said, I figure I'd throw my two kronars worth of Barbarian-esque music (Or at least, what's come to mind so far) up. Fair warnig, its mostly viking metal/power metal.
Amon Amarth - Runes to My Memory
Ensiferum - Blood is the Price of Glory
The Sword - How Heavy this Axe
Firewind - Warrior
Battlelore - Sword's Song
Pyramaze - The Highland
Aina - The Beast Within
Wintersun - Beautiful Death
Einherjer - Crimson Rain

<<There is no other Barbarian music. Indestructible > all>>
Respectfully disagreeing on the grounds that Disturbed are simply nowhere near metal enough.
<<My personal theme for Galren is the opening song to Knight Rider.>>
The Hoff as Galren is...I'm not sure it can be expressed in a language spoken by creatures with less than ten tongues.

I did. :) The lyrics fit, and its a pretty enjoyable song, albeit standard Disturbed fare.
I just feel like laying waste to hordes of foes demands heavier and more epic metal. Preferably involving lyrics about slaughter and pillaging.

Can't You Trip Like I Do - Crystal Method remix of Filter
A young Terning zerking for the first time.
____
And Shepherds we shall be,
for thee my lord for thee.
Power hath descended forth from thy hand,
that our feet may swiftly carry out thy command.
We shall flow a river forth to thee,
and teeming with souls shall it ever be.

He, I didn't know what that was, either. That sounds more like Moon Mage hunting music! :P
Oh yeah, and there's a Linkin Park song in my playlist too, but I have to go through their stuff again to see if any others are good enough.
D: So does your wife have any special powers?
M: Yes! Once a month, she becomes eeevil... and I cannot defeat her!

Well they do have barbarians on every album cover.
+1 for Amon Amarth, and I can't believe someone else on here has actually HEARD of Einherjer, must be a fellow Viking Metal fan.

"Here Comes the Pain" by Slayer.
Ok maybe only if an evil character but a lot of it makes me think of berserking.
"Step aside for the nightmare
Pure destruction stands before you"
"I. am. brutality, the face of everlasting pain
Annihilation, Obliteration,
Pulses through these veins"
"Bring it all on,
Come and take on what you fear
I'm the storm
That towers overhead
Ticking time bomb
With an infinite charge"

Pure...comedy...GOLD
If I had enough bits I could slap together for another B7, I'd definitely steal this one. I can't get this picture out of my head of a barb going totally ape-spit bonkers and running around ala Animal from the Muppets while that song is playing. Come to think of it, it probably fuels your berserks more just because you're trying to find Barry Manilow and kill him in his sleep!
