Okay, I am super sure the issue is buffalo... like I am double stacking it right now. And Inner Fire and Augmentation keep pulsing, even if I don't put anything else up or drop anything because of it.

I'm still seeing an issue with Buffalo; meditate power is not indicating Form Buffalo is up, which allows you to have multiple instances of the form running simultaneously. Also, when you try to stop the Form, it doesn't recognize you have any instances of it running. See log below:
