Who the hell do you think you are? What gives you the right?
We have enough reasons to train hiding, we don't need more! Train a bow/crossbow. With almost 1100 short bow, over 900 LT and just shy of 1000 hiding, I really don't want more ways to kill people from hiding. Especially something that doesn't require an aim or an engagement to use. Sure I can poach X without aiming, but at level I want to aim to make sure I'm not taking a penalty in PvP.
If you can pass someone's perception, you should get a bonus to skill for avoiding notice, although I don't think it should be near as strong as it is(especially poach - straight up broken), but it should at least be viable with all weapons. Just tie the throw commands into ambush mechanics and voila.
