Vishlan has some pretty nice stuff, and while all the chakrel is rough-cut there's more variety than Vishlan's usual generic amulet.
Lani and I also discovered how to summon Jaedren:

In the middle room along the eastern edge of the main area, there's a set of steps. Climb those and there's another shop that's not listed on elanthipedia yet, one room up from there is Vishlan's which isn't listed yet either.

<<You're going to have to be a bit more specific - there's a few different locations where there are shops. To what main area are you referring?
Oh, since it was released today nearly concurrently with the release of the new premium area, I'd assumed you'd made that connection already. My bad. Its in the new premium area past all the new housing in the area that has all the shops.

I think it is, sort of.
When I arrived shortly after it opened, Jaedren (I can never remember how spell the Goblin King's name correctly so forgive me if that's wrong...) was poking around trying to make it work. Just as speculation on my part because he teleported me out of the shop at one point and said I wasn't supposed to be in there, the shop is supposed to be Barbarian only and open to everyone, but something about the room its in and/or shop itself was interacting poorly with the normally Premium only mechs of the area. I think the current set-up is the best solution he could come up with at the time in order to allow at least some people access to the shop.
