I've spent most of the day going through the forums, specifically three folders, Response to GM, General Discussion, and Suggestions, all the way back to the spring of 2014 and collected the majority of suggestions posted by people. I've posted these suggestions in a Google Doc that I would invite everyone to review and start using to consolidate all our guild suggestions for the GMs to easily review.

Why did I do this? Because we haven't had much attention of late on guild development and there appears to be some angst in the air about that. Also, with so many posts I'm sure it's hard to get a handle on those suggestions that have merit (and those that don't).
What I ask of you? Keep posting your suggestions here in this thread of course, but if you have an opportunity also put them in the document under the most appropriate tab. Otherwise, I'll try to keep it updated.
What should I put in the document? Well, suggestions of course.
What should I NOT put in the document? Rants, raves, complaints, problems without providing a solution... you get the picture. Oh, and nothing you wouldn't want your grandmother or a six year old to read.
Did you get all the suggestions from the boards? No, I didn't go into every folder. I didn't pull stuff that was updated already. I didn't pull stuff that may be addressed in the barrier rewrite (for the most part). And I didn't pull generic "Our guild stinks in PVP" stuff. If you have specific suggestions around any of this feel free to make your voice heard both here an in the document.

I'm thinking that compiling this information in a single place and allowing several weeks for all of us to review, add, modify, and whatnot the document we then can present the full kit and caboodle to Kodius and the GMs so they have a single place to look when doing their meetings about guild/game development.

Finally, I'm doing this most importantly because I love this game, I love our guild, and I love all but a couple of you (but I'm not going to let you know who you are). We can sit and churn or we can try to do something productive to support the GMs and devs. This is one of many steps we can take IMO.

Wow this is a great idea for all guilds! Well done, I'm excited to take a look over this!

There are several suggestions listed on the Combat/Weapons tab of the doc related to this. Take a look and see if they capture what you are thinking. I believe several of them actually came from you!
