Well when aiming and shooting people that are in hiding comes out like Veyl wants too....it will force everyone to train hiding if they want to stand a chance in PvsP

Not true. What it WILL do is force everyone to train perception. You can hide all you want. If I can see you, I can shoot your butt anyway. And you'll even lose the ambush bonus, since I've got point-effect on you.
What will eventually happen is that hiding will no longer rule the battlefield, since we'll be able to continue to aim at you even though you think you are hidden.

Perception can be trained higher than hiding so later on hiding won't matter since you point them out anyways(Well up to hiding 450 ranks I know this to be true. Beyond that mebbe theres some odd bonus.) Its just harder to overcome the thief. No hider has won on me yet. Anyone can learn to fight anything under the right conditions. I have yet to lose to a hider in a spar. Hiders, straight melee, ranged, thrown, hybrid, unusual...anyone can win. If someone is too dependent on hiding it can get them killed :) Too dependent on any one thing is bad.

Burn sucks but chopping off the left arm would be a problem. However...if they can chop yer arm off...then they deserve to win anyways :) Only thing that ever really worries me is backstab but I see most anyways. Shield as it should, in my opinion, is the best defense in alot of cases. Ranged people don't scare me one bit. Only thing that scares me is tingle. Of course, there are ways around everything...even shield. Some are just harder to get around than others.
Well, you can't block anything if you're immobilized.
