Would it be possible to have spells only sap inner fire once, which is how I believe it is supposed to work, instead of multiple times? Seems to be an issue with at least several SvA spells.

Last time I checked, it would happen with shadow webs although not as bad as shadow webs used to be still multiple hits and harawep's bonds. Those are the other two I know for sure, I have some others that I'll try to test later.

This is different. From what I can tell, every time that I've gotten an IF draining message, IF has been drained. Easy case is how shadow web would cause an IF hit for each person in the room. Only two people in the room, not much IF was lost, lots of people in the room and IF would go to minimum or get stuck below minimum. Then somewhat recently shadow web stopped giving an IF hit for each person in the area but would still give two IF hits sometimes.

As far as I have observed, TM spells do not sap inner fire from the target. Then again, I generally don't cast TM spells at barbarians, owing to the effectiveness of BMR making them miss entirely.

I've seen multiple messages from Fire Shard before when messing with my younger barb in Shamans. Not sure if it got fixed, ,but know it used to message multiple times.
