Most probably due to the missing of Musical lore, or if its looking for that instead of what it should, none of the bard titles are appearing platside with the exception of the Circle-based titles <initiate, apprentice, bard, expert bard, etc>, and unbelievable. :-(.

Most guild's titles who had skills split and added are that way. Believe me, I miss the one I use on Elriic, but I'm sure they'll all be back soon enough. Raesh mentioned that in a post either shortly before or on the day of release it was going to happen.
