So recently I thought I'd try out EVOKE and RECALL HISTORY with my smallish bard. Her Bardic Lore is near 200, and she learned the techniques from Silvyrfrost.
EVOKE worked, but did not teach any BL. I tried two locations.
RECALL HISTORY never worked -- no messaging or teaching. I tried three known locations.
Her Cha is still rather low, so maybe that has something to do with it? Her mojo has always been full, as far as I know. Anyway, it would be nice at least to get some kind of message about why she isn't learning/sensing anything.

Many of the Recall Histories aren't updated yet.
For the Evoks a lot of them are quite low level. I've been adding higher level ones when opportunities arise, but it's possible you've outleveled them.
Which ones in particular were you using?

The ancient oak tree has its back ... but every month or so I check the Crossing ones to see if they have been restored.
Not even the one in front of the bard guild works. Not recall history, not evoke.
What am I missing?

The two Crossing-ish ones (Harcourt's tree and the drowning girl).
For some reason I thought evokes were mostly higher level, so thanks for telling me.

Raesh just said that recall histories are not all updated. That means they still exist but need to be moved into the game.
