I learned from several other players that non-Bards are able to RECALL HISTORY in the Zengmodaleth area. RECALL HISTORY is a Bard-only ability, learned from a guildleader, and not available among the list of RECALLs for non-Bards.

My guess is maybe it got coded to the general RECALL verb instead of RECALL HISTORY by mistake?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. This should be fixed now and be an EVOKE, apologies that it was set incorrectly on release. Please let us know if there are any further issues.

Looks like the fix might have broken the 100th circle ability to teleport to Dinegavren (Therenborough Grazhir shard). I tried teleporting to Dinegavren early this morning without any success. Another Moon Mage also failed to teleport.

That won't affect your current attunement very much. You direct your attention toward the heavens and trace the lunar sigils for the Teleport spell in the air.
