Sircha

I have always tried to have a sympathetic ear.. but those latest incidents , well, are just STUPID and SHAMEFUL. You let other people train your character, notice I said train...not play. You blatently lie about an encounter, then get busted and complain about it. You try to draw others into a mess you make. The excuses you come up are laughable and pathetic at best. You have played the game long enought to relize most of the basics...I hope i dont have to review all the freaking rules....but heres a few basics that you need to start following

1. Stop acting stupid
2. Stop acting stupid
3. Stop whining when you start crap you cant finish
4. Stop posting spar logs of you beating someone 50 cicles under you!!!
5. Stop talking...all your trouble seems to originate there
6. Stop acting stupid, when someone of your rank and statue acts like that...it makes the whole guild look stupid...I personally will not tolerate that
7. There is a whole slew of occ stuff...but i have neither the time or typing skills to cover that can of worms.

Sincerly

8. Stop departing with Miw in the room.
9. Pay your debt to Slaris before any more of these incidents happen.

How much is the debt for the stolen goods you purchased Slaris? I'll pay it if this will prevent more people from acting like ill mannered children on these bards.. I know asking that in game is hopeless.

If you've been paying attention, you'll notice the ill mannered child is a bard herself.

p.s. Miw is a guy.

Using OOC lies to garner sympathy and excuse your actions is about as pathetic as it gets. Its not roleplay in any sense that I can justify. You acted like a child, I'd say you got what you deserved. If you are going to interact with people who like to play rough, you have to accept the possibility of being hurt. Its a game, and a spellbook is just an imaginary item in a game. Real life is always more important, and I agree with Amzari. Maybe its time you took a break from DR if its affecting your real life that drastically.

Thats very kind of you. Speak with Sircha, should you have a chance. The arrangement is all IC and IG, so I wouldn't feel quite right about announcing it here. I beleive its in the rumor system as well, well not the debt, but the amount I paid, and some of that has been repaid.

As OOC as much of this has gotten, it should be RP'd to the last.

You felt fine about bringing it to the boards. While I will willingly give you what ever you mentioned here I am not planning on chasing people down in order to do it.

And as to the childlike behavior being by a bard.. So far I can also count a Moonmage, a paladin and god only knows what Miw (as in pokemon I guess so perhaps another moonie or a warmy) is.

Yeah, but when you're winning and you act childlike its suave and cool whereas when you're dead on the ground acting childlike its just kind of sad.

The Pokemon is MEW, not Miw, not even pronounced the same. Grand attempt, though. And yes, I'm a barb, 0 for 2 so far.

<<I lied. I lied because I wanted instant gratification for all the days of pain, fear and torment you caused me this matter. For dangling my spellbook case over the gelapod like a fat ham over a pit of aligators, and threatening to destroy it unless I pay, now. And me going through all the emotions of fear, panic, anxiety, anxiety attacks, painful adrenaline rushes, anger, rage, frustration and lost sleep.>>

Very mature for you to admit that much so far...

<< Yes revenge was sweet.>>

Not good...to call what you got "revenge" is at best a severe over-statement.

<<All I can say is, you can only push someone so far over the edge, before they decide to push back. Were all human. You make mistakes, I make mistakes. Sometimes I can't think as clearly or as quickly as I'd like to come up with a clever action or response.>>

Again, very mature. I think it takes a lot of courage and honesty to admit that in a situation like this.

<<the rest of your post>>

Are you serious? Come on.

There was a really simple solution to this, Sircha. I bet 99% of every person who has read what happened here is probably thinking the same thing I am. You should have walked away from the situation.

The problem is that you were looking for a fight. You got one. It was more than you could handle and unfortunately you may have to deal with some tough consequences. Some honest friendly advice would be to ask nice for your things back and whether or not they're returned I would walk away and pretend Miw doesn't exist. You will gain nothing by continuing this "fight" with him.

And next:

<<Now, grave robbing is wrong, I hate it myself...the first time, I don't know why I did what I did, but I did.>>

That's hypocrytical. I completely agree with Khory. You're just as angry at her as she is with you and you're both taking this far beyond what's even the most remotest bit necessary. You're going to have to live with being a grave-robber if you don't return her stuff and assuming you really mean what I quoted you as saying above...you're going to be mad at yourself for doing this later on.

I'm willing to bet there's a whole lot more to this story that either one of you are telling us. I'm just frankly appalled to see such incredibly silly behavior such as this from two people regardless of whatever age either one of you might be. Sheesh.

<<The entire previous post detailing actions made by Sircha and Miw>>

And I was under the impression this was just a game. Silly me. Whatever was I thinking?

I think insane extremes were taken in this matter and it frightens me that some people take this game THAT seriously. Granted, I like to think I'm not the kind of person that genuinely makes other people angry. But, now it makes me think that if I do, they're going to go Secret Agent and knock on my door or something. That's a little disturbing to be quite honest.

Okay. I wasn't going to post myself, but since Terra did first I feel comfortable doing so now.

I'm not entirely sure if some of those actions constitute stalking - but they very well might.

Contacting the FBI? I hope you're being less than serious with some of these claims, I really do hope so.

As for a skip trace service - I don't know what kind of information you could have found out that would be "detrimental" or even "interesting". How I know that is neither here nor there. But let's just say that I do know.

I don't even know where else to go with this. The two other posters have pretty much summed it up. It's a game and you got the FBI involved? PLEASE tell me you're joking. PLEASE?!? You tried to have him permabanned - as stated well. I don't even need to go further.

I agree with Amzari. You need to be spoken with before you DO harm someone, do something STUPID(er) or something. Just... augh. Unbelievable.

You've got to be kidding, you think Miw and I are the same player? You'd know different if you'd actually done any research at all. But you could just ask Slaris, since he's met us both. And even (OMG) in the same room at the same time!!!!

p.s. If you don't believe Slaris, just ask the FBI. :)
