Chorus of Madmen has been released on Premium preview in Prime for mayhem loving bards.

Chorus of Madmen is an extremely powerful Bardic Enchante, although its effects are relatively random.

It has the potential to cause roundtime, combat penalties, stuns, knock over, force self injuries, and even unconsciousness. And maybe more!

Additionally, on players, it can make casting spells or doing just about anything difficult.

The more insane the target is, the more variety of possible detrimental effects the spell will choose from.

The enchante also works with Dartenian's quiet and loud modifiers for enchantes, so you can choose to only affect those engaged with you. If you want to affect everything in the area, players will be given one 'freebie' pulse to warn them to get away before they start going insane.

The effects of the enchante last after it is stopped being sung, until the insanity itself goes away. However, continuing to sing will continue to maintain the highest insanity levels necessary for the best detrimental effects (assuming, of course, you can out WvW them!).
