What does Rage of the Clans do? It says it beefs up attack, but if it does this, why doesn't it show anything when you type exp mods?
It doesn't show up in exp mods because it's not a skill mod. Every time you make an attack, the system calculates an attack score for you based on your relevant skills, stats and equipment. This number is compared to your target's defense score, but first Rage steps in and gives it a buff.
