Is the perform option limited to bards? If not, how skilled does one have to be to do it? I know the USAGE bit says it's dependant on how well one can play the particular song on the particular instrument, but even when I showcase my skill in every note, I still can't get play /perform to do anything.

>play /perform something something something
You're already playing a song! You'll need to stop that one first.
